James Rodrigues

Owner & CEO

James has 25 plus years experience in hospitality. He spent his early years in sports, recreation, and bars. His love for the business naturally transformed into full service restaurants. He has also been in the craft beer industry since 1999 and spent 5 years as COO of a local brewery and distillery. He simultaneously launched a fleet of food trucks before branching off to start his own consulting firm. He has been doing hospitality consulting since 2016 part time. In 2022 he decided to do it full time and start Insightful Consulting & Services. In his career he has helped many business in the red achieve success. He has successfully opened 20 plus businesses throughout MA, RI, and CT with business ties in NY & NJ.
